It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Lyle Huggins (Lander, Wyoming), who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Huggins and Jean Huggins; and his daughter Jessica Miriam. He is survived by: his grandfather Charles Bayer; his wife Laura; his siblings, Polly Milburn, Peggy Kellch of Lander and Charles Huggins; and his children, Shelley Billings, Jennifer Daschle, Brian Huggins of Rapid City, Ray Huggins, Natalie Rosendahl of Riverton, Heidi Allen of Basin and Joshua Huggins of Lander. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
