She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Douglas Welch and Irene Leetch; her daughter Sheila Carper; her grandson Tosten Flaten; her sisters, Mona Nieman (Ervin) and Shirley Konup (George); her nephew Russell Nieman; her great-nephew Caz Welch; her sister-in-law Janis Welch; and her pets, Snuggles and Scooter.
She is survived by: her children, Roxane Bickmeyer (Lander), Michele Flaten (Rod McCormick), Becky Forton (Lander) and Mike Welsh (Lander). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
