He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottie Eldora and Dora Prather Talkington; and his former wife Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Theresa Talkington LeBeau (Wade), Edward Talkington (Cindy) and Angie Talkington Lynch (Joe); and his stepdaughters, April Johnson Pendleton (David) and Edie Johnson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
