He was predeceased by: his parents, Evard Royce and DeEtta Richardson; his parents-in-law, Wilma Shaffer and C. R. Shaffer; his brothers, Edward, Johnny and Kelly Richardson; and his nephew Josh Realing.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shaffer; his children, Theresa Weitzel (Rodger) of Lander, Charlie Richardson (Erin) of Cheyenne and Tecia Waller of Lander; his grandchildren, Monica Waller, Reese Weitzel, Katie Weitzel, Camden Richardson and Maci Waller; and his siblings, Irwin, Sherry Richardson, Linda Richardson, Joy Shaffer, Barbara Shaffer (Shanay) and Tanya.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lander Community & Cenvention Center (950 Buena Vista Dr, Lander, WY 82520).
