He was predeceased by: his parents, Stirel Harvey and Lucille Harvey (Meeker) of Tunkhannock Pennsylvania; his son Dale Harvey; and his siblings, Norman, Mark Harvey and Jule Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Harvey (Leeper); his daughter Colleen Krause (Perry Bell); his grandson Christopher Krause (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Cole and Sloan; his grandson Chad Krause; his great grandchild Arlo Kenyon; and his siblings, Patricia Thomson (Larry), Millie Snyder (John), Inez Knutson (Steve), Alice Davenport (John), Esther Harvey, Virginia Welna, Butch Harvey (Lisa), Paul Harvey and Jonathan Harvey.
