Michael Thomas Tams Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Thomas Tams of Lander, Wyoming, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Michael Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Tams and Mike; his wife Linda Tams; his children, Cheryl, Janet and Darrin (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Heather (Cody) and Ashley. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren; a niece and nephew, and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant Presbyterian Church (875 Fremont St, Lander, WY 82520).
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Community Entry Services (CES) of Lander supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries in the State of Wyoming. Please include "In memory of Mike Tams" when making your donation.
