It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Montez of Lander, Wyoming, who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Noemi Caraballo. He is survived by: his father Harry Montez; his wife Trisha Montez; his son Jacob Montez; his stepdaughter Zoe; his son-in-law Duncan Makin; his stepchildren, Xan Hill, Ash Carlson and Zaleah Carlson; his grandchildren, Mavis Parks, Magnolia Parks and Monroe Makin; his stepfather Rafael Rodriguez; his grandmother Maria Cedeno; his sister Jenniffer Wilson; his brother-in-law Delanie Wilson; his niece Bryanna Jackson; his nephew Julius Wilson; and also, Noemi Caraballo and Sherri Noreen.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hudson's Funeral Home (680 Mt Hope Dr, Lander, WY 82520). A reception was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (653 Cascade St, Lander, WY 82520).
