He is survived by: his brother Ken; his former wife Sandra Laird; his son Gary Lipps (Kasey) of Evansville; his siblings, John Carberry (Jean) of Wheatland, John Lipps of Macon, Georgia, Donnis Throne of Denver, Deborah Norton (Doug) of Bel Air and Delilah Knapp (Brad) of Carmel, Indiana; his grandchildren, Cody Lipps (Olivia) of Cheyenne, Courtnee Lipps of Evansville and Tyler; and his great grandchild Cooper Jack Lipps of Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
