He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Wilhelm; his wife Kay Steers (Roper); his daughters, Mista Steers, Trista (Henry MacVittie) and Kindal (Max Matson); his grandchildren, Cayley Steers, Cole MacVittie and Nora Matson; his brother-in-law Dick Wilhelm; his sister Peggy Hornecker; and his nephew Kevin Cristando.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Lander Pioneer Association.
