He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavinia Parkhurst and Edwin Parkhurst; his stepfather Alvin Thompson; and his sister Irene Van Winkle. He is survived by: his stepsons, Mike Sutherland of Thermopolis and Steve Sutherland (Linda) of Thermopolis; his siblings, Ray Parkhurst (Hiroko) of Ethete and Mary Jaques (Derrell) of Arriba, Colo.; and his stepsiblings, Garth Thompson (Terry) of Laramie, Mark Thompson (Sandy) of Riverton, Gail Price of Casper and Julia Baehr of Lander. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
