He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brown and Margaret Brown (Moore); his siblings, Jerry Gaddis, Jim, Karen Brown and Leona M. Brown Gudahl; and his daughters, Yvonne Brown and Gloria Crispin.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Brown (Wise); his sons, Kenneth and Terry Brown; his stepchildren, John Michael Crispin, Jr., Victoria C'Hair, Aline Kitchin, Vonda Crispin and Mitchell C'Hair; his brothers, Alan Gaddis and Dennis Brown; and his brother-in-law Don Gudahl. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
