He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lookingbill and Helen Lookingbill; his siblings, Arthur "Bud" Lookingbill, Joseph S. Lookingbill and Betty Hutchinson; his daughter Carey Lynn Lookingbill-Craven; and his granddaughter Jessica Siegel-Lookingbill.
He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Dan Lookingbill of Pavillion, WY, Tim Lookingbill (Dolores) of Lander, WY, Cyndi Van Vleet (Randy) of Riverton, WY, Nicole Tippets (Jody) of Cheyenne, WY, Nichelle Smith (Tim) of Downs, KS, Tia Barrows (Harold) and Brandi Good of Casper, WY; his sister Linda Bays; and his granddaughter Shandar Craven. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
