He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Meyer and Alice Meyer; his brothers, Raymond, Vern and Willard Meyer; and his son Douglas Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Lagena (Glen Fendley), Boyd Meyer, Craig Meyer, Ranee (Ken Markus), Pam Beebe and Jason Meyer (Shaun). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
