He is survived by: his wife Sherrie; his daughters, Tara Shalata (Jason) and Trisha West (Courtney Derby); his father Arnold Sr.; his siblings, Jack, Danny and Jeanne; and his grandchildren, Jaylee Shalata, Allie Shalata and Bryant Shalata. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
