He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy K Butler and David C. Butler. He is survived by: his wife Kay C; his children, Anna Rivers (Elias), Monica Iverson (Leif), Austin Butler (Sheri), Heather Strasser (Bryan), Jennifer Usher (Spencer) and Kyle Butler (Alicia); and his siblings, Cathy, Steve, David, Diana, Erin, Patrick, Marie and Melanie. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
