He was predeceased by: his parents, Smith Wallentine and Agnes Wallentine; his wife Mary Wallentine; and his sisters, Cleone Wells and Jolyn Wallentine.

He is survived by: his brothers, Harold (Ann) and Frank (Renee); his children, Krizna Parks (Frank), Brett Wallentine (Patricia) and Dayna Bluemel (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Katrea, Bryce, Niccole, Grant, Kyle and Breauna. He is also survived by five stepgrandchildren, and elevan great grandchildren.
