She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kominsky and Frances Kominsky (Rolih); her parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Spears; her son Robert Lamont; her brother Raymond Joseph Kominsky; her daughter-in-law Aleena Spears; her granddaughter Jessica Linnan; and her sister-in-law Norma Jean Head.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert LeRoy Spears; her children, Brian Spears and Elizabeth Buschelman (Scott); her siblings, Mary Beth Ferrarini (Chuck), Ruth Anne Miller (Wes) and Dennis Kominsky (Kathy); her sister-in-law Sharleen Kominsky; and her grandchildren, Justin Whitmore (Melissa), Rebecca Jevne (Troy), Krista Buschelman and Kimberlee Liebelt (Nathaniel). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any of her favorite charities which include; Wounded Warriors, Saint Jude's Hospital, Saint Patrick's Catholic Church or EWTN.
