He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Kellogg and Ruth J. Kellogg (Lowe); his sister Barbara R. Korenko; his stepdaughters, Shereece "Reece" Heathman and Linette "Netty" Heathman; and his son Jesse E. Kellogg.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte "Kay" K. Kellogg; his children, Catherine "Cathy" E. Wiest, Mary A. Kellogg, Karen K. Kellogg and Michael L. Kellogg; and his stepdaughter Theresa K. "Terri" Fotheringham. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a private graveside service will be conducted on Friday, May 22, 2020 at the Viola Cemetery, LaBarge, WY.
