She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gilbert and Julia Elena Twitchell (Booth); her siblings, Ren Lyle, Phyllis Ann and Charlene Twitchell; and her children, Richard Gene, Charles Nelson, Kit Daren Ellingford and Wendy Cheryl Ellingford Waite.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Garnell Ellingford; and her daughters, Deanne Pierce of Cedar City and JoAnn Souder of Las Vegas. She is also survived by husbands; her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
