It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dee James Burnett of Kemmerer, Wyoming, born in Roy, Utah, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Burnett and Velma Burnett (Barton); and his grandson Steven Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Joan Burnett; and his children, Julie Backman (Eric), Darwin Burnett (Barbara) of Craig, CO and James (Debbie) of Kemmerer, WY.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
