He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. O'Neil and Mary O'Neil (Jobst); his siblings, Susan Toland (late Bob) and Patrick; and his nephew Sean.
He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Neil (Bruketta); his children, Arthur (Shannon) of Durango, CO, William III (Carole) of Peoria, AZ, Timothy (Petia) of Chicago, IL and Colleen Beecher (Brian) of Crete, IL; his sister Ann Martin (late George) of Glenview, IL; his grandchildren, Brian Jr., Meghan, Erin Beecher, Abigayle, Makayla and William IV; and his sister-in-law Mary O'Neil. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
