He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace Neil and Thomas Neil; his wife Susie Dunnagan-Neil; his daughters, Lynn Neil and Rachel Hopkins (Brian Hopkins); his grandchildren, Ella, Sawyer, Lucy and Kiran; his sisters, Denise Nyby and Nancy Winset; his cousins, Susie, Paul and Jack Henry; and his stepmother Dottie Neil.
