She is survived by: her son Brian Alan Goldberg; her daughter-in-law Beth Toftum Goldberg of Jackson, Wyoming.; her brother Jerry Waters (Gracie); her sister-in-law Phyllis Waters (Sandy Goldberg); her brother Drs; her brother-in-law Eddie Goldberg; her aunt Elizabeth Kelly; and her nieces and nephews, Amy (Rob), Jason (Joy), Cari (Jonathan), Lisa and Hank (Cindy).
