Washakie, Glen Barrows (RaeAnn Milam) of Buffalo, Harold and Tia Barrows of Lander; her sister Kathryn Rice of Colorado Springs, CO; her pet Caesar; her parent Blanche Wise; and her son David Barrows. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren.
