She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Specht and Alma Specht (Mayer). She is survived by: her sister Irene Antes of Mannheim, Germany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Hawk Springs Wyoming Rescue Unit.
