He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Crystal of New London, Ohio, Tara (Shawn Nelson) of Concord California and John C. Boldway (Rebecca) of Napa, California.; his grandchildren, Trevor, Ally, Deven, Jase, Ty, Conner, Jake and Kyler; and his brother Stephen of Napa.
