He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ibarra and Dolores Ibarra (Delgado); and his siblings, Consuela and Richard. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Ibarra (Michelle) of Douglas, Wyoming, Brieanna Franze (Joey) of Scott, AFB and Stacia LaPapa (Vin) of Casper, Wyoming; and his siblings, Phil Ibarra (Anna) of Denver, John Ibarra (Joan) of Alliance, Robert Ibarra (Lori) of Guernsey, Jose Ibarra Jr. (Tamara) of Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Patricia Casias (Richard). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five grand dogs.
