He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ellerbeck and Velma Ellerbeck (Dick); and his brothers, Gordon Ellerbeck, Donald Ellerbeck and Dwayne Ellerbeck.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellerbeck of Hartville, Wyoming; his sisters, Karen Heinen (Dick) of Johnston and Kathryn Link (Kerm) of Colville; and his stepchildren, Lori Ibarra (Robert) of Guernsey, Lisa Bristow (Cory) of Guernsey, David Martinez (Michelle) of Wheatland and Ronda Paustian of Oreana. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
