He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seyfang II and Ella Seyfang (Middleton); his siblings, Edward, John III, Art, Roy, Mary, Judith and Janeth; and his father-in-law William McBrier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Seyfang; his children, Misty Thomas (Shawn), Laura Lorenzen (Kelton), Sarah VanNatter (Raymond), David Jr. Seyfang (Sarah) and Scott Seyfang (Terri); his grandchildren, Haley, Katelyn, Mickayla, Nathan, Abigail, Payton, Madison, Kaison, Avery and Reed; his mother-in-law Mary McBrier; and his sister Peggy Kizzire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial to the David Seyfang Memorial Fund, C/O Banner Capital Bank, P.O. Box 219, Guernsey, Wyoming 82214 to be used at a later date for a tribute to his years of service on the school board.
