He is survived by: his spouse Nora Jo Bagley; his children, Jeffrey Erickson (Melody) of Afton and Cindy Jones (Dave) of Preston; and his parents, Hazel Leavitt and Max. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren, two brothers, and one sister.
