He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Winkler and Sylvia Winkler; his stepmother Edna Winkler; and his brother Gary Winkler. He is survived by: his former spouse Sherrilynn Rae Asp; his wife Sherri Winkler; his children, Troy Winkler (Michelle) of Harrisburg, PA, Lyndon Winkler (Nancy) of Cody, WY, Justin Winkler (Toni) of Greybull, WY and Bobbi Haley (John) of Greybull, WY; and his siblings, Roy Winkler (Sherri) of Greybull, WY and Kay Lynam of Lovell, WY.
