He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Emmett and Charlotte Emmett; his sister Sheila Vorhies; and his grandchildren, Cole Emmett and Tyrel Scharen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Rimer Emmett of Greybull; his children, Gary Emmett (Becky) of Reno, NV, Robert Emmett (Sherri) of Greybull, Darwin Emmett (Kim) of Clark, Wyoming, Carla Scharen (Mitch Baker) of Greybull and Carrie Good (Terry) of Casper; and his brother Duane Emmett. He is also survived by His kids, grandkids and great-grandchildren.
