He is survived by: his wife Lee Smith of Green River, Wyoming; his children, Nathan Phillip Smith of North Carolina, Erin Deanne Arnold (Tom) of Green River, Wyoming, Jocelyn Lee Palinek (Joe) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Alyssa Ellen Sperry (Traeger) of Green River, Wyoming; his siblings, Brad Smith of Hot Springs, Ross Smith (Tina) of Hot Springs, Nanette Lacey (Ken) of Green River, Wyoming and Jan Studer (Wally) of Rupert, Idaho; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jayci, Jillian, Sophia, Lucas, Joseph, Corbin, Asher and Liam; his mother-in-law Dorothy Scutt of Green River, Wyoming; his nephew Alex Perez; his father-in-law Harry Scutt; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
