He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone E. Pivik and Lempi Marie Kiviaho; his sister Antoinette Brandt; his siblings-in-law, Margo Luka (Fred) and William Karl; and his parents-in-law, Robert Gaffron Sr. and June Gaffron.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda L. Pivik of Green River, Wyoming; his daughters, Ambrena Pivik of Pahrump, Nevada and Trinette Pivik of Missoula, Montana; his brother Karl Pivik of Green River, Wyoming; his brother-in-law Robert Gaffron Jr. of Peoria; and his granddaughter Nalena Pivik of Missoula, Montana. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
