She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rex Schofield and Juanita Minnick; her husband James E. Jeffery; and her brother Robert Schofield. She is survived by: her former husband Robert Cook; her children, Michael Jeffery (Tina) of Deer Park, Wyoming and Anne Havens of Green River, Wyoming; her brother James Schofield of Houston, Texas; and her grandchildren, Faith Koen, Kelly Abel, Lelaonie Long, Eric Havens, Alexander Havens and Ashlee Murtha. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
