She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Peters and Essie Timothy; her husband Herbert Lewis; and her daughter Nancy Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Blaine Lewis (Lois) of Green River, Wyoming and Gary Lewis of Green River; her sisters, Pam Shaul (Alvie) of Randolph, Utah and Vivian Ellingford (Garry) of Evanston, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Brooke Lewis (Ammon Hottel), Joshua Lewis of Green River, Wyoming and Heath Lewis (Kortney Martinez) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her great grandchild Kelci Revelli (Dylan Rohrer); and her grandchildren, Adrienne Revelli, Kierstyn Revelli, Shaddix Lewis and Deegan Lewis.
