He is survived by: his children, Daniel Paul Ruiz (Lynelle) of Topeka, Kansas, Gerald Frank Ruiz Jr. (Nanette) of Green River, Wyoming and Joanna Rae Orton (Greg) of Green River, Wyoming; and his grandchildren, ChristyHanner (Bobby), Cody Ruiz (Taleea), Lucas Ruiz (Ashlynne), Kyle Eyre (Lauren' Kacy Eyre), Karly Eyre (Katie), JodiRae Orton, Daniel Ruiz (Morgan), Gabby Rowe (Derek) and Jeremy Ruiz (Sam). He is also survived by twenty four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
