He is survived by: his wife Patricia Butcher of Green River; his daughter Laurie Macioszek (Ron) of Green River; his siblings, Dennis Butcher (Lola) of Leed, Susie Whitehead of Murray, Patty Davis (Walt), Sherrie Zenger of Clearfield and Bonnie Bingham of Riverton; and his grandsons, Trent Gregory and Jerred Macioszek. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
