She was predeceased by: her parents, William Troy Garner and Adelaide Edith White McLeroy; and her brother Billy Reeves Garner. She is survived by: her husband Howard Hart of Green River, Wyoming; her children, Sandra Lever (Jon) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Whitney Pugh (Stacey) of Logan, Utah; her stepson Travis Hart of Green River, Wyoming; and her brother Joe Garner (Anna) of Waukesha, Wisconsin. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
