With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha L. Roderick Palmer of Green River, Wyoming, born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on November 3, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wilmer Hall and Wanda Louise Mengel; her grandfather George Elias Mengel; her former husband David M. Roderick; her husband Gerald J. Palmer; her great grandchild Landon J. Frink; and her sister Dolores Bragg.
She is survived by: her daughter Kandy R. Frink (Mike) of Green River, Wyoming; her brother George F. Hall of Green River, Wyoming; her grandson Jeffry M. Frink (Kristin); her great grandchildren, Weston R. Frink and Kylie B. Frink; her children, Heather Palmer of Clinton, Utah, David Palmer (Lori) of Green River, Steve Palmer (Dru) of Lander and Jeff Palmer of Bountiful, Utah; her grandchildren, Ashton Visser-Palmer, Cooper Palmer and Alex Palmer; her great grandchild Oakley Visser-Palmer; and her grandchildren, Aspen Visser-Palmer, River Visser-Palmer, Layne Palmer and Carter Palmer. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
