He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Carpenter of Spokane, WA, Micheal Carpenter of Douglas, WY, Connie Sack of Douglas, WY and Cathy Spracklen of Cheyenne, WY; and his children, Timothy Carpenter Jr. of Salem, OR, Jeffrey Carpenter of Marysville, WA, April Flury of Casper, WY and Rick Riddle of Morrilton, AR. He is also survived by many grandkids and countless nieces and nephews.
