He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Donna Gosnell; his parents, Cecil Miller and Martha Miller; and his brothers, Wayne Miller and Raymond Cecil Miller (Negless).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Underwood; his daughters, Martha "Marti" Jo Linn (Harold "Glen" Linn) of Petoskey and Lori Lynn Mancini of Palmdale California; his siblings, Viola "Vi" Koch of Santee and Kenneth "Ken" Miller (Bonnie) of Erie, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Amber Kreeger (Mike), Tiffany Carlson (Jacob), Marcus Linn (Faith), Austin Linn, Heather Linn, Michael Linn, Ashlyn Asher and Wesley Mancini. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
