It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Dotson of Glenrock, Wyoming, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ulrich and Rosalee Ulrich; her siblings, Cecil Dotson, Dorothy Eply, John Ulrich and Bill Ulrich; and her son-in-law Tom Perino.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Perino (Perino); her grandchildren, Jill Pischke (Brian) and Jared Foy; and her great grandchild Joslyn Pischke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is established in Charlotte's name to the Weston County Fair, Weston County Junior Rodeo, and Newcastle Saddle & Sirloin FFA Chapter. Cards and memorial contributions may be sent to her daughter, Janet Perino at PO Box 385, Newcastle, WY 82701.
