He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Kay Cunningham (Packard); his sons, Gage Cunningham, Nicholas Cunningham and Douglas Cunningham; his sister Rebecca Cunningham-Ochs; his half-brother Jason Scheiner; and his nephews, Justice and Sebastian Ochs.
