He is survived by: his siblings, James Foster of Lancaster and Jane Grogan of Salome; and his children, Michael Foster of Cheyenne, Jodie Foster of Cheyenne and Balynda Foster of Cheyenne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and his best friend.
