She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Zura and Lois E. Brafford. She is survived by: her husband Paul Record; her child Kyle Nelson (Trinity); her grandchildren, Carson and Grayson; her son Cody Nelson (Karyssa); her grandchildren, Walker and Beckley; her child Rusty Record (Sadie); her grandchildren, Bailey and Beau; her daughter Jenna Wiard (Mike); her grandchildren, Collin and Kayden; her child Shannon Nelson; and her grandson Liam. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Heptner Cancer Center at Campbell County Health.
