He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Mutt" Bell and Doris Bell (Mooney); his wife Dianne Reimers; his siblings, Alice, Carol, Dennie and Gary; his daughter-in-law Gayle Bell; and his grandson Chad Bell.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Stephens of Sundance, WY; and his sons, Rick Bell (Tammy) and Jack William Bell. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
