He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Worthen and Beula Worthen; and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Crow and Mike Warwick. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Brian Worthen (Nikki), Greg Worthen (Dana), Bob Thai (Rebecca) and Susan Tsai-Schor (Ken); his siblings, Lynda Crow, Jennifer Warwick, Shannon Hernandez (Jose), Tom Worthen (Gaylen) and Bonna Worthen; and his grandchildren, Cory Worthen (Samantha), Callista Castillo (Christian), Tierney Moe (Travis), Zoë Worthen and Corran Worthen.

Memorials may be made to the Rockpile Museum in Gillette or to a favorite Veteran's support group.
