It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Meeks (Fort Washakie, Wyoming), born in Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on November 14, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pheasant and Ethel Pheasant; her former husband Gary Anderson; and her brothers, Charles, Jim and Richard.
She is survived by: her son Dale Anderson; her spouse Edmund Meeks of Fort Washakie; her daughter Cheryl Hall (Josiah); and her granddaughters, Becca and Katie Hall of Fort Collins.
