She was predeceased by: her parents, S. V. Higley and Parmell Higley. She is survived by: her children, Jarrol H. Jeppesen Sr. (Lorrie), Lisa Prime (Mike), Jack Jeppesen (Shelly), Joseph Jeppesen (Kayleen) and Kay Rippetoe (Troy); and her brother Bill Higley. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
